Rustam Ali Seerat was a Research Intern at the Institute of Chinese Studies from June 2015 to July 2015. His areas of interest are negotiation/diplomacy with focused area of Sino-Afghan diplomatic relations and China’s diplomacy in Special Administrative Regions (SAR).
China is one of the biggest foreign investors in Afghanistan... Reconciliation will be more conducive if China transforms the peace process from solely a Chinese initiative to a SCO regional mobilization for peace and stability in Afghanistan.
