KIMNEIJOU ROSY LOTJEM

Kimneijou Rosy Lotjem recently submitted her Ph.D thesis in Japanese Studies, Centre for East Asian Studies, School of international Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, entitled “The Politics of Japan’s Rice Protectionist Policy: 1995-2011”.  Her area of focus was on the domestic politics in agricultural policies and the broader issue of food security in Japan. She did her schooling from Queen Mary’s School, Delhi and graduated from Miranda House, Delhi University in History honors. She completed her Masters from Manipur University in history and completed her M.Phil from the Centre for East Asian Studies, Japanese Division, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University.
