Jaya Kumari was a Research Assistant at the Institute of Chinese Studies. She completed her M.Phil from the Department of Political Science, University of Delhi. Her areas of interest include development and welfare with special reference to minority cultures and communities.
The paper is a report of the 11th Interethnic/Interfaith Leadership (IIL) Conference was held from 28th April 2016 till 1st May 2016 in Dharamshala, India.
