The book discussion will begin with an Introduction by Ambassador Shivshankar Menon followed by the author, Prof. Tansen Sen's presentation. The distinguished panelists include Prof.  Manoranjan Mohanty, Prof. Upinder Singh and Dr. Arunabh Ghosh. Mr. Jairam Ramesh will be the special guest in the event.
